Preset: "Shape Grow with Characters"
To Apply Shape Grow Based on Characters Preset:
- In a new composition, create your text layer.
- Then create a shape layer.
- Next go to your effects and presets panel and locate the Indivio folder. Find the folder called Auto resizing and drag the preset called Shape Grow with Characters onto the shape layer that you want to grow based on characters.
- Now with your preset on the shape layer we need to change the layer control to find the layer it needs to follow. Once you do that your layers are linked.
You can control the line placement with the slider called line placement and the shape size with the slider called shape size. Having flexibility on the shapes size and placement with the sliders allows the shape to grow more or less relative to the number of characters.
